The villa accommodates up to 8 or 10 people maximum, but spacious enough (3,230 Sq. Ft) to let you all do your own thing with having a Master Bedroom with it's own luxurious en-suite facilities. The 2nd Bedroom features a Queen sized bed and again with en-suite facilities. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have 2 Twins beds in each and share a full Bathroom. During the day this bathroom is accessible also from the beautiful pool area, which is great for everyone to enter the villa direct and not having to paddle through the main living areas.

There are 2 separate Living Areas, 2 separate Dining Areas and a Study with full telephone and Internet access. The Family Room features cable TV and a DVD player.

The villa features a full American style Kitchen including breakfast bar and nook, dish washer, microwave, full cooker and hob, large fridge/freezer with ice maker and all the kitchen utensils you would need to make this villa your home away from home.

Each room is beautifully finished with comfortable and relaxing styled furniture. All bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels are all provided for up to 10 guests. With this amount of fixtures and fittings that we offer you can see why our villa is very good value for money, especially when you break it down by the number of guests our villa can accommodate.

Our villa also has its own separate Games/Play Room with cable TV, DVD player, table tennis and is ready for you to hook up your games consoles. This is a unique feature for a Florida villa especially as our Games/Play Room is an actual room and not a garage conversion unlike other Florida villas.

One of the key features of our villa is the oversized custom built swimming pool and spa (48' x 15') which faces on to the 7th fairway at Highlands Reserve Golf Course. This type of pool and view is very uncommon with most villas in the Orlando area so you can rest assured that after a hard day at the theme parks you can come back to your own piece of paradise and just relax, unwind and maybe do a little BBQ'ing on our gas powered grill. The pool and spa both have electric pool heating so no matter what time of year you visit us you can always count on getting into a warm swimming pool.

Our villa can be reached very easily from both Orlando International Airport and Sanford International Airport. Simply follow the exit sign for 417 South and stay on 417 South until it merges with I-4 West. Then take exit 55 (old 23) and that will bring you onto US27. Once on US27, Highlands Reserve is located approx. 5 miles on the left hand side. The driving times from both airports vary, however Orlando International Airport is the closer of the two with an approx. 30 minute drive from door to door, whereas Sanford International Airport is approximately 60 minutes drive.
